In this four part series we take foundation moves and gradually introduce all the layers to make them more advanced and complete as individual moves. Not only will you learn the moves, variations and what to do with your freaking arms - we also learn how to connect them, integrating them into a flow.

Foundations to Flow - 60 mins

Learn the moves with a simple and easy to digest, approach!

Find your sweet spot with gradually increasing BPMs - guided drilling.

Musicality - 60 mins

Take the moves and connect them with counting patterns.

Learn how to hit every beat, lyric or melody to connect deeper and feel one with the music.

Taking Up Space - 45 mins

Use the moves to travel across your dance floor in different directions.

Of course, this adds a layer of flowy fun to your shuffling and increased confidence comes along with it.

Upper Body Flow - 45 mins

You figured it out from the waist down, now what the heck do we do with our arms?!

The challenge made simple with my approach to integrate your head, chest, shoulders and arms into your flow!

A practice dedicated to one particular concept to improve your flow.
